Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Titan Workout Planner (“Titan,” “the Service”), operated by FreshFlow AI at titan.freshflowai.ca, including related web and mobile app shells. By creating an account or using Titan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who may use Titan

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Not medical advice

This app does not replace medical advice. Stop exercising and seek medical care for severe pain, weakness, numbness, chest pain, fainting, or unusual shortness of breath.

Training involves risk of injury. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or distress, and seek professional care when appropriate. Titan does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

The Service

Titan provides workout planning, logging, progress views, and related fitness tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee specific fitness results.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration information
• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not attempt to access others’ accounts or data

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the Service.

Intellectual property

Titan, its branding, software, and original program templates are owned by FreshFlow AI or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the Service. See also our Copyright notice.

Subscriptions and payments

If paid plans or in-app purchases are offered, pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase. App Store / Google Play purchases are also subject to the platform’s terms.

Account deletion

When signed in, delete your account via Settings → Delete Account, or follow Account Deletion. If you cannot access your account, email support from your registered address. Deletion is permanent and removes associated training data, subject to limited legal, security, or accounting retention.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. FRESHFLOW AI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR TRAINING OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TITAN.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
