Account deletion

Delete your Titan account
You can permanently delete your Titan Workout Planner account and associated training data from inside the app.
Path: Settings → Delete Account. Credentials accounts may be asked to confirm with their password. OAuth accounts rely on an active signed-in session.
What is removed
- Account profile and authentication records
- Training profile, preferences, and equipment list
- Routines, workout sessions, and related logs
- Recovery check-ins, body metrics, and in-app notifications tied to your user
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account.
Retention caveats
Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting obligations (for example, short-lived server logs). We do not keep your training history for product use after account deletion.
Locked out of your account?
Email support@freshflowai.ca from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify ownership and process deletion manually.
